A groom shaped around your dog. Our stylists use natural shampoos and conditioners, with breed-specific skin care, de-shedding and styling to suit their coat.

Kind to their coat

We use holistic shampoos and conditioners without perfumes, dyes, salt or detergents. Tell us about sensitive skin and the style you have in mind.

Before your appointment

Avoid feeding your dog for at least two hours before the groom.
A walk beforehand gives them a chance to settle and go to the toilet.
Tell us about mats, health needs or anything that makes your dog nervous.

Matted coats

We discuss clipping with you before removing mats. Pulling or brushing out tight mats can be painful, so we put your dog’s comfort first. Extra work is charged separately.

A groom at home

Home visits are available by arrangement. We usually arrive 15 minutes early to set up and bring our equipment. Please provide a well-lit bathroom, kitchen or spare room and access to electricity.
